"Japan-Philippines Environmental Week 1" is an event related to environmental conservation held in the Philippines. It is hosted by the Ministry of the Environment of Japan and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DENR) of the Philippines, and is co-sponsored by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center (OECC). OECC stands for Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center, Japan), and is a development cooperation support organization in the field of the environment established in Japan in 1990. It connects the government, local governments, and the private sector. In addition, while cooperating with overseas public institutions and companies, we will introduce environmental technologies, form projects, and build networks. And we aim to realize a sustainable society.
The "2nd Japan-Philippines Environmental Week" hosted by the OECC was held in Manila, Philippines for three days. The day began with an opening session by representatives from the Philippine and Japan governments, followed by a panel discussion on the theme of "Opportunities for Collaboration for a Climate-Resilient and Sustainable Philippines". Corporate presentations were held by companies from both Japan and the Philippines to introduce environmental technologies and solutions to environmental issues. As a result, the number of participants exceeded 1,000 people in three days.
There are five main thematic sessions. There are five sessions: climate change session, air quality management session, water environment and sewage treatment session, waste management and resource recycling (circular economy) session, and climate change adaptation session. In this context, Enebloom participated in a water environment and sewage treatment session to showcase our chemical-free cleaning technology. Our environmentally friendly technology has won high praise along with surprises, and has received high praise not only from companies in the Philippines but also from companies in neighboring countries. This time, a Japanese company that participated with us was introduced to the person in charge of the Philippine subsidiary in the Philippines (Cavite), and explained and demonstrated the service. I hope we can have a long-term relationship.
Enebloom will continue to participate in Environment Week, which functions as a hub connecting "policy", "technology", and "business", and will widely inform people in the Philippines and neighboring countries about our advanced technology. And I would like to continue to be deeply involved as a member of the pioneer company in environmental conservation in Southeast Asia.
